Commissions are currently LIMITED.
Usual expected turnaround time is 1-3 weeks.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all of the terms below.

I. General Info- By default, commissions are for personal use only.
(Personal use is any usage that does not generate profit.)- Commissions that are intended to be used for generating profit, including for streaming, and the promotion or production of monetized products and services, must be bought at commercial price.- I reserve the right to post completed art to social media unless requested otherwise. All art that is posted will be properly watermarked and your character(s) will be credited.- When using or reposting your commission please credit @PixiiWaveStudios- Commissioners can check the status of their commission on the status page.- Current TAT estimates: 1-3 weeks based on complexity.

Please be aware that I will NOT do any of the following:
- Illegal age ships
- Certain kinks or fetishes (can be discussed privately)
- Racist or hateful content

II. Payment
- All prices are in USD and DO NOT include tax. Please take this into account when considering your budget.- Half of the total cost must be paid before starting. This acts as your place holder in the queue as well as preventing scammers.- The remaining half will be invoiced once a sketch is approved.- For sketches, full payment is required before starting.- Each sketch commission will get two free revisions (excluding design misses) before final unwatermarked file is delivered.- US clients will be sent invoices through Paypal unless requested otherwise.- International clients will be given a choice of available payment options based on their location.

III. Additional Fees
A quote may include additional fees in the following situations:
- Complexity fees for highly detailed characters, unless simplification is allowed.- Characters that have incomplete or no visual references, requiring me to design some or all parts of a given character.- Asking for major edits such as pose or background alterations after the final has already been sent.- Rush fee for commissions that must be completed in a timeframe totaling less than 14 days from the date the commission form is submitted.

IV. Refunds
- If I am not able to finish your commission at any point in time, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.- If you cancel before I have started working, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.- If you cancel after I have started working, you will be refunded half of your deposit.- No cancellations will be allowed after the piece has begun the rendering phase.- No refunds after the final image has been sent.- After requesting a refund that follows the above rules, please allow me up to a week to process the refund.- Filing a chargeback will not quicken the process. It will only prevent you from being eligible for another commission in the future.

V. Commercial Use
- Commercial usage for any streaming-related piece is x2 the price per piece.- For any other commercial usage, such as stickers, merch, or publications, the price will be quoted to you per your situation.- Please contact me to discuss pricing and royalty options.

VI. AI Training and Usage
- Under any circumstances, you are NOT PERMITTED to input my work into any AI or computer-trained software, website, or otherwise. I do not consent to my work being used to train AI models and will place you on the blacklist if I find out that it is being used as such.- If for any reason, you are to be found using my work in AI in any way, I will file a report and pursue legal action.- If you have any questions or need clarification on any of the above, please email me or fill out the contact form on the appropriate page.

VII. Commission Process
- The quickest way to order a commission is to email me or contact me on Discord @pixiiyogii. Briefly describe what you have in mind, and I will send you a quote along with any related questions needed to start.- Once we settle on a quote and a concept, you will be sent a set of three to six thumbnails. Typically this applies to anything past a bust piece.- After deciding on a thumbnail composition, I will start on the sketch phase.- Please note WIPs are not provided for pieces under $10 unless specifically requested.- With the approved sketch, you will be sent an invoice for the second half of payment. This must be paid before I move on to the next stage.- Lines and flats will be processed and checked before moving onto the rendering phase.- After the final image has been sent, any minor changes that need to be made, like coloring fixes, are free. Major changes like pose or background alterations may incur additional fees.
